We are VERY happy we got the insurance because within the 1.5 years of owning the furniture the glass in our coffee table cracked (while being very gentle with our furniture) and the resilience in the couch cushions essentially disappeared where I began sinking back into the couch. Another top furniture pick are dining room sets, and Havertys offers shoppers dining tables, dining chairs and benches, display cabinets and buffets, formal dining options as well as bar seating options to fit most kitchen and dining rooms. My sales person there lied to me about the financing offered, and if I didn't hear overhear him talking to a manager, I probably would have never known about the specials they were running. The prices were not outrageous, actually the same as even the cheaper name brands. Delivery was also top notch! Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any more furniture from Havertys.
